Even though the title says it all, my weekend was really a blast! My best friend Val came to visit on Friday night and we dined at Macaroni Grill and then went to a bar party that my friend N & N were throwing. It was at a cool lounge called Mandala in San Mateo. Its a little swanky and they play music and have expensive drinks, you know, one of those places.

We had a great time and boy did we drink! Nothin’ wrong with that of course I had…hmm…a Black Cherry Lemon martini, an apple martini, a shot of jager, a fruity champagne thing, and 2 beers! Even though its a lot of drinks we were there for 5 hours so I was pacing alright. I forget exactly everything that Val had, but the drink of the evening was some kind of drink with Absinthe in it… and that fucked her up It was good times. After all of that excitement, we woke up and went to IHOP for some breakfast. Well, it was more like lunch as it was 1 PM or something when we finally got around to going there.

It was so fun seeing her, we always talk about how if we lived near eachother we would never leave eachothers side and it is probably true. However it is fun to have those girls nights every few months to chill out.

On Saturday night I went to Target to putz around and ended up with hooks to hang up some pictures I have been procrastinating about. Well the ones that I picked were adhesive to the wall and way too weak to holdup the picture. About 5 minutes after I hung them up…..CRASH!…. hehe oops. It didn’t break thank god
