A & I went barhopping last night and today I went to Trader Joes. I am a Trader Joes Freak! I do feel sorry for those who do not have one. The have a ton of exotic packaged foods and they basically find random suppliers of yummy food and slap their own label on it. It is great though and I am sure Trader Joes has saved many factories because once a TJs item becomes a hit it is always sold out! It also SUCKS when an item is discontinued. Then all the Trader Joes customers get bitchy!

It turns out that TJ’s Pretzel Rolls are gone. The manager at my local TJ’s said that the bakery stopped making them and they are gone forever. I am pissed! I loved them! :(

I would love to lose lots of weight but  I want it to be a life change. Surgery will not change you if you are not willing to stop eating/drinking as much as will satisfy you. You need to be able to recognize your weaknesses and realize what foods/drinks “trigger” you. For me, its cheese and crackers. I can eat them forever! If you like a taste so much you won’t stop til’ you are stuffed, it is a bad food for you.

I think surgery is a quick fix but it is obvious that if you do not cure the issue you will not be happy forever. On one hand, this is why I love Weight Watchers, and on another, it is why I do not like it. Weight Watchers does definitely give you a different perspective about portion control and what you are feeding yourself. On the other hand it does give you some excuses when it comes to junk food. It is a very controversial diet I must say and I recommend trying WW with exercise and you may question nutrition in general like I am. I am very interested in taking on a very strict diet. The only problem is that it will be very hard :P

WW is very easy to get used to and you will have good days and bad days. However you may question the restrictions and if you do not lose a lb one week you want to give up. It is definitely a commitment and I recommend WW to anyone who has tried everything because I think that you will be impressed. The average person following the plan exactly should lose 1-2 lbs per week.
